Service request and testing tracker for a product certification body.
Overview
SILAPP is the service and testing tracker for PT Penilai Standar Uji. Clients submit product testing or certification requests and check their progress with a tracking code, without calling the office.
I built it with the web team during my internship, from the database and REST API to the admin dashboard.
